LK Hjelle x Designers' Saturday 2021
For Designers' Saturday 2021 I designed and built LK Hjelle's stand with two other students. It was a cooperation between the hosts of the event and our school through an application process. The goal was to make a stand that stood out from other brands at the exhibition, with a simplistic and balanced look at mind. Hjelle had several new collaberations to show, from Norwegian designers Jonas Stokke, Hallgeir Homstvedt and Kibun. The colors for the stand were chosen to highlight and balance the furniture showcased, and the different stands were built with thin plywood to keep the weight down when transporting and handling them. This was a meaningful experience and cooperation between us, Hjelle and Designers Saturday.
